Chalky Math is a math learning platform designed for children and supported by parental controls. Some features may use artificial intelligence to support math practice, comprehension, and personalized learning experiences.
Chalky Math provides digital math learning tools, including child profiles, parent controls, personalized recommendations, learning support, and other educational features. The Service is intended to be used by parents or legal guardians and their children in accordance with these Terms.
To create a Parent Account, you must:
Children under the age of 13 may only use Chalky Math through a Child Profile connected to a Parent Account and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and allow your child to use Chalky Math, you agree to these Terms on your child's behalf and are responsible for your child's activity on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Chalky Math is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use caused by your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Chalky Math and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
Depending on the plan you choose, billing may occur monthly, semiannually, or annually.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. After cancellation:
Chalky Math may update subscription prices from time to time. If we make a material pricing change, we will provide advance notice before the new price applies to your next billing cycle.
Refunds, if any, are handled according to our Refund Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features until the issue is resolved. We may also recover reasonable costs associated with chargebacks or unpaid balances where permitted by law.
Chalky Math may support payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other third-party payment options. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Chalky Math grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial family use only.

All content and materials made available through Chalky Math — including text, illustrations, lessons, learning materials, animations, characters, graphics, logos, software, interface elements, and audiovisual content — are owned by Chalky Math or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Chalky Math content without prior written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Chalky Math, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, in-app notices, and website postings. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chalky Math regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
